He saw her, she saw him, from across a moonlight night.
Their faces delighted with a feeling of lust, but also a feeling of fright.
He touched her, she held back.
She moved forward, he fell slack.
The tension, the tension, the harrowing tension.
Their lips are quivering with the trying suspension.
Cheek to cheek, nose to nose.
Hot breath tingling, the impatience grows.
Lips now touching, hips in place.
He lays her down to gaze at her face.
So morbid, so beautiful, so formidable, so right.
She wakes in a sweat in the midst of night.
